The conditions of the contract are as follows:
1) It is understood that the OWNER of the STUD is not obligated to sign the application for registration of this litter until the stud fee has been paid for in full, or the pick puppy or puppies have been received.

If no stud fee was paid, and puppy or puppies are to be picked in-lieu of payment, the following applies:
A) Stud dog owner will choose pick puppy or puppies by the 4th wk of birth.
Pick puppy or puppies will retain and carry My Style Bullies as it's kennel name.
B)The "Stud Owner/Agent" guarantees that the stud is potent, and that a mating was achieved on the above dates. However, if the dam owner does not do progesterone tesing on said bitch we do not gaurantee we have shipped semen or done the breeding at the right time. Therefore, there will be no repeat breeding and no monies will be refunded at any time.
C) (3) Puppies constitutes a litter. A repeat breeding will be granted back to the stud dog if, for any reason, less than (3) puppies survive at two days of age, 48 hours. WE MAY allow a different Dam if this Dam becomes unbreedable, to be determined by owner of stud. There will be NO refund of cash.

4) The OWNER of the FEMALE is responsible for any and all veterinary and financial arrangements, including, but not limited to, emergency vet care, and etc.

5) No breeding will take place until the OWNER of the FEMALE has supplied to the OWNER of the STUD:
A) A photocopy of FEMALE’S IOEBA Kennel Club, AKC or CKC Registration.
B) A three-generation pedigree preferred (if applicable)
6) My Style Bullies receives several puppy requests, if you would like us to refer potential buyers to you; we ask a 10% referral fee (10% of the purchase price per pup). If you want us to provide you with this service,

7) The owner of Breeder Dam hereby releases from responsibility My Style Bullies and it's officers from any and all liabilities and/or damages to said female while in the care of My Style Bullies for breeding. **Only in special circumstances do we bring in outside females. Please contact us.

8) By this contract it is specifically agreed that the stud dog owner is not obligated to sign the application for registration of this litter, until, and unless, the stud fee has been paid in full, or in case of a puppy or puppies (in-lieu of the stud fee) the stud dog owner has picked out the puppy or puppies as previously agreed.

9) In order to assure myself of the pregnancy of the female, the right to see and examine her is hereby granted.

10) If the semen is needed to be shipped...it will be a fresh chilled collection done by my vet, or **myself. You will receive a total of two (2) vials for two (2) inseminations. We highly recommend the dam owner has the bitches progesterone levels checked by his/her vet. This will insure the proper time to ship the semen. All of the vets fees for collecting, shipping and progesterone are the dams costs.
